Police Officer Investigated for Beating at Traffic Stop
In Prince George’s County, MD, the district attorney is considering filing charges against a police officer after dashcam video showed the officer punching a suspect who was slow to get out of his car during a traffic stop.
Cpl. Steven Jackson demands of driver Shawn M. Leake that he "Step out of the car now, or I'll have you out of the car." Leake replied, "You yelling, but you have to give me a reason to step out of the car." Jackson repeated, "Step out of the car now!"
At that point, Jackson opens the driver's side door and pulls Leake out of the car, then makes a fist and hits Leake in the face. He then quickly hits Leake again in the face, as the video shows. Jackson then grabs Leake around his neck and tackles him; the two fall out of camera range as a second officer enters, then exits, the frame.

PG County being violent? Aren't they known for that?
One of my favorite comedy videos is Chris Rock's "How Not To Get Your A$$ Kicked By The Police". This guy broke at least 2 of the rules.
This is why I always have a can of wasp spray, and a ball peen hammer in my car.
Maybe the cop was a little out of line, but the guy was being a punk and deserved it. Playing his music loud, being confrontational, refusing to get out of the car. I think they should do this more, especially to punks like that.
