Evian's Roller Babies Become a YouTube Sensation

Obviously a feat of CGI, the Evian Roller babies YouTube video has gone viral. Released on July 2nd, the ad has been viewed over 5 million times already (adding together the U.S. and International versions).

The U.S. version opens with "How does drinking Evian make you feel?" The International version opens with "Let's observe the effect of Evian on your body."

Either way, the skating babies = a YouTube sensation. The ad features babies on roller skates dancing and doing stunts. The message: people who drink Evian feel youthful. Evian claims its water "supports the body's youth."

In reality, most bottled water is no better than tap water. It also creates tons of waste with all those plastic bottles, and let's not forget what is used to make that plastic: oil. If you want to save your cash and the environment, get a good filter for your faucet.

Meanwhile, watch the U.S. version below:

the skating babies are cute yes, maybe also a little awkward -- they move like the characters from Shrek
