CFO of Christian University Arrested in Gay Sex Sting

Shades of Ted Haggard and Larry Craig. You know, men who rail against homosexuality but apparently have a "wide stance" in a restroom stall. The CFO of Cincinnati Christian University was arrested in a sex sting last Saturday.

According to the report, Robert Williams, 52,
was arrested Robert and charged him with sexual imposition for allegedly grabbing an undercover officer in a sexual manner.

According to their site, CCU "builds Christian leaders, one person at a time." Uh, huh.

In a written statement, University President David Faust said:

"We are shocked and dismayed by the news of Robert Williams' arrest. This is a personal tragedy for him and for his family and we lift them up in our prayers. Mr. Williams is being placed on administrative leave from his job at CCU while we learn and assess the facts of the case."
I wouldn't expect him to get his job back, ever.

The sting was conducted at Mount Airy Forest, a park that police say has a problem with men soliciting other men for sex. They conduct regular stings there. Two other men were arrested on the same morning as Williams.

This is really too bad. But it's also not surprising in any way. We look at these men like they're men of God who can't do any wrong, when in fact, they might have more temptations than anyone.
