Man Beheads Hitler Wax Museum Figure

First, it should be noted that in Germany, if you didn't already know, it's illegal in Germany to show Nazi symbols and art glorifying Hitler or the Nazis. Given that, you'd probably wonder why Madame Tussauds wax museum, which just opened in Berlin, would include a figure.

Apparently a German man felt the same way.

The exhibit had been cordoned off to prevent anyone from posing with Hitler, but just minutes after the museum opened on Saturday, the 41-year-old German man pushed aside two security guards, went over to the figure and ripped off its head.

The unnamed man was arrested, and later released. He remains under investigation, however.

Why doesn't anyone have a picture of the Wax-job AFTER... I think this would be funny, am I the only one who would pay to see a headless hiter?

I think in the interest of accuracy, it should be noted that 1) they included Hitler to portray a realistic representation of Germany's history (which even the general secretary of the Central Council of Jews in Germany agreed was acceptable and appropriate), 2) they polled the public to get their opinion as to whether they felt there should be such a display (which the majority apparently did), and 3) the display was not of the picture you included in your post, but one of Hitler in the hours before his suicide, utterly defeated. So while this was a representation of Germany's Nazi history, it was in no way a glorification.

Funny that nobody portrays Joseph Stalin in the same light as Hitler, he mudered millions too, only he was on the winning side of WWII. Why not the emperor of Japan, how many chineese did they murder? How about roman emperors? Genkis Kahn? The English Monarchy? You're all hypocirites...
