As if it wasn't bad enough that Administrative law judge Roy Pearson sued for $54 million in damages because a dry cleaners lost his pants, he still hasn't stopped what I consider to be ludicrous antics.Pearson lost the lawsuit. If you recall, Pearson had claimed that the "Satisfaction Guaranteed" sign that once hung in the Chungs' shop was misleading and violated the D.C. consumer protection act. However, in her ruling, Washington Superior Court Judge Judith Bartnoff said "A reasonable consumer would not interpret 'Satisfaction Guaranteed' to mean that a merchant is required to satisfy a customer's unreasonable demands."
Pearson filed an opposition to the defendants' motion for attorneys' fees Friday. He said he shouldn't have to pay the $82,907.50 that the Chung family owes over his lawsuit. His opposition "is yet another example of his irrational crusade against the Chungs. His arguments are meritless," defense attorney Chris Manning wrote in an e-mail.
I'm not sure where this guy's mind is ... can't he see how ridiculous all this is? The Washington Post reports he may lose his job over this, and quite frankly - he deserves to.

this is meant to be humorous and make lite of a president that has and is continuing to show disdain for the hard working middle class that supports his grand scheme for world dominance. unfortunately, he thinks that, along with the first three steel frame buildings in the history of steel frame buildings to 'DISINTEGRATE', he can destroy the core of American life, force so much fear and terror into Us, that We as Americans forget what 'FREE' really is. laugh as much as you want at the clown in front of the curtain...this is an insidious group that have taken control of Our country. its time to shed your cloak of fear and force the house and congress to take immediate action.
I want to be guarenteed the right to a speedy trial before a judge, not a military tribunal...I want the US to re-join the world court so that if it is discovered that Our leaders have committed crimes against humanity, that they pay as would the leaders that We as a nation and world have pursued.
just proud to be an American and amappalled and ashamed of the people that have lead Us here.
If you recall, Pearson had argued that the Satisfaction Guaranteed sign that once hung in the workshop of the Chungs was misleading and violated DC Consumer Protection Act, however, Washington has said Superior Court Judge Judith Bartnoff said.
